Morton Pro Photo & Imaging started in 1974 as Van Verst Photography, a one man commercial photography studio. Shortly thereafter a B/W, Color Print, C-41, and E-6 lab was setup to enable quality control and quicker turnaround time for our clients and for our own ease of mind. About 1980 there were 5 full or part-time employees doing the studio's work and lab work for other photographers throughout the area. In 1996 the studio became digital with its first digital camera - a Dicomed 4x5 ScanBack, still being used today. In 2004 the Color Print, C-41 and E-6 lines were shut down and now Morton Pro Photo & Imaging is 100% digital doing Fine Art Reproduction and commercial photography in products, industrial, aerial, and architecture. Film is used only if requested by the client. P. David Van Verst (Dave) is now the sole owner and operator of Morton Pro Photo & Imaging.
