Bio & Interests
| Biography: | Previous "career" (Hah!) experience in banking, factory work, QC, retail management, FE lecturing after mature-student degree + PGCE. Shot pictures since I was 12 or so, first illustrated magazine feature published September 1980 in Photo Technique, did lots of illustrated feature magazine work in 1980s & '90s as a part-time pro, started to specialise in domestic interiors home-interest features around 1999, went full time a year or so later - at last... Most of my (thin on the ground in 2010) commercial work is centred on the built environment - products, processes, locations; editorial commissions (I source my own homes to feature) remain fairly steady, UK and abroad. |
