Competition Notice Form
Processing Priority
Enquiries from competition organisers expressing an interest in becoming Bill of Rights Supporters will be given priority as will notices indicating that a competition has good terms and conditions, i.e. "Rights On".
We receive more notifications about possible 'Rights Off' competitions than our resources can fully deal with. However, Pro-Imaging will check the T&C's of competitions you tell us about and if they do fail to comply with the Bill of Rights the competition title and other details will be published on the competition notice page. It is likely that most notices will be published on that page within a day or so of receiving them, but not who submitted them.
Additonally all competition notices are automatically stored in a data base. Subsequently some will be selected; a Rights Off report will be submitted to the organiser and correspondence initiated with the aim of winning their support for the Bill of Rights. We hope you will understand our resource limits prevent us from engaging in this way with every organisation and that you will continue to send notices.
