This trip was with Save the Children to document their work setting up and running emergency clinics to help severly malnourished mothers and children in Somali refugee camps on the Ethiopian/Somali border. There were over 5000 people in this camp in what was one of the most remote, barren and dangerous parts of Africa. Travel to and from the camps was always under armed guards and even in the camps Somali militia could attack and steal at any time - hairy place to work!
