The list of factors considered when reveiwing the reasons for usage exceeding two years was extended to allow for the potential benefit to the photographer of extended usage.

Provision for anonymous judging was added to Bill of Rights condition 4.

Other events

13 May 2008 Agreement reached with a photographic competition organiser to extend the review period for their contests T&C's until the end of May 2008.

16 May 2008 One of PI's members is liaising with a contest organser to assist them to draw up good terms and conditions for their contest. 

19 May 2008 Nathaniel from the Philippines sent a note to Pro-Imaging to say that a group of photographers spoke to Caltex Philippines and told them what they thought about their rules. Caltex changed the rules to drop the copyright claim and Nathaniel thanked Pro-Imaging for their help. Pro-Imaging updated our commentary on this contest which still fails to meet our Bill of Rights for fair contest rules.
