Bill of Rights Condition 2

Free Usage is only to promote the contest

The Bill of Rights not only sets out the duration of free image usage by contest organisers and sponsors, but also specifies what the images can be freely used for.

This Bill of Rights condition requires that free usage can only be for the following purposes -

1. Solely and exclusively to promoting the contest.

2. Publication in a competition book or calendar.

3. Competition merchandise to promote the contest, specifically postcards, posters. 

No other free usages are permitted, all other uses will be deemed commercial usage, and such usage is subject to The Bill of Rights condition 3 provisions.

Contests which fail this condition cannot be recommended.
