Competition Organisers Support the Bill of Rights We are very pleased to announce that two new competition organisers have given public support to the Bill of Rights on their competition pages. The competitions concerned are the International Garden Photographer of the Year and The 2008 Jamtopia Concert Photo Contest. In the previous diary we mentioned that the competition Travel Photographer of The Year had been added to the Rights On List. On the Travel Photographer of The Year competition website an article has been published announcing the organisers support for our campaign. Pro-Imaging thank the the companies concerned and are very encouraged at these developments which increase the number of contests on our Rights On List of recommended contests. We are also pleased to announce that following positive discussions with the United States Embassy in Prague we were able to add their contest, The American Flag Through Your Eyes, to our Rights On List. While highlighting the contests that fail the Bill of Rights and listing them on our Rights Off List is important, it is far more important to increase the number of recommended contests on our Rights On List. If you are a competition organiser reading this please contact Pro-Imaging, we will be happy to discuss your contest rules with you. The discussions will be held in complete confidence regardless of whether we reach agreement or not. You can contact us here.

Contacting Us We welcome notices telling us about contests that are either good or bad. You can use our Competitions Campaign Contact Form to tell us what you've found. We are especially keen to hear about good contests that you think pass our Bill of Rights, at the moment they are more difficult to find but as the campaign continues for the long term, we expect that to get easier. We try and reply to all the notices we receive, but this may not always be possible. We thank you here in advance for any help you offer. We never reveal the names of those who notify us of competitions.
