"Photographers will retain original copyrights to their photos. Entrants grant Oregon Wild permission to use their photo(s) in any publication, marketing or fundraising materials and on the Oregon Wild web site. All photos used will receive captioning where allowed."
Pro-Imaging Comment - Oregon Wild get the right to use all entrants pictures for ever for any purpose they want in contravention of the Bill of Rights. Nor are entrants guaranteed to get a credit for usage. This contest is not recommended.
