This competition has been notified to Pro-Imaging by our contributors because it fails to comply with the Bill of Rights. "By submitting an entry to the Fresh Water Fishing Photo Competition each entrant agrees to

assign all intellectual and property rights in each photo to NSW DPI (photographs will not be returned unless specifically requested); and
allow the photo(s) to be used for any purpose, including publication in NSW DPI publications and on the internet."
