Bill of Rights Condition 3 Entrant Must have the Right to Decline Commercial Usage AgreementsSome competitions make a condition of being a prize winner that the entrant must sign various documents, amongst which may be commercial usage agreements. This is viewed as coercion to give up rights and is prohibited by the Bill of Rights condition 3. The entrant must have the right to decline any commercial agreement and still be a prize winner.
