Edward C Greenberg, a highly regarded attorney from New York, who has defended photographer's rights over many years now, has given Pro-Imaging permission in the past to publish some of his articles on our website and for the future to link to them as they are published on The Copyright Zone. The Copyright Zone describes itself as a 'Survival Blog for Photographers, Artists and the Confused' and is the joint creation of Jack Reznicki and Ed Greenberg. Jack Reznicki is an internationally renowned commercial people and child photographer based in New York City. Jack’s creative problem solving has helped promote products and services for many companies such as Toys “R” Us, Tylenol, The Wall Street Journal, Hyatt, Kodak, Reader’s Digest, Crest, AT&T, Playtex, and several Time Magazine covers. Jack and Ed both contribute articles to The Copyright Zone. These well written articles offer sound business and legal advice to all photographers, often served up with a fine touch of humour.
