World Photography AwardsReaffirms Support for Bill of Rights1 June 2010 On 28 May 2010 the World Photography Organisation launched three new photography contests, for Professionals, Amateurs and Students. The Bill of Rights logo is displayed on the contest website on the rules page and alongside the logo is the message -
The endorsement of the Bill of Rights by the leading photographic event in the world is hugely important to the future of the Bill of Rights Campaign. It is a shining example of what is possible and proclaims that this contest is about celebrating the art of photography, celebrating the photographers, and celebrating the photographs. These are the traditional values of the very best photography competitions. Details of the three contests can be found on the World Photography Organisation's Competitions Page. Pro-Imaging are also actively promoting them on the Rights On List and on an ongoing basis via social media. Tell your fellow professionals, amateur and student friends to enter these contests for the prestige of winning the world's leading photographic award, for the opportunity to win one of the excellent prizes, and if a prize winner, to participate in the glittering awards gala evening to be held in London in 2011.
