Competition Notice ListWe receive notices about competitions from contributors around the world, most concern competitions that fail to comply with the Bill of Rights, i.e. 'Rights Off' competitions. When we have verified the information received we add an entry containing following information to the memoriam below - Organisation name, Country, Organisaton type, Competition title, Closing date, Number of photographs entered (if known), Lost Rights Code, Number of winning entries (if known) Each character in the lost rights code has the following meaning;
Note that a lost rights code = xxxxxx means that no rules regarding rights have been published for the competition. Type of organisation can be -
Competitions are listed in order of closing date and each competition links to a Rights Off report (if the organisation name is in bold font) or to the competition rules page if its still online. Pro-Imaging have saved the web page containing the rules for each competition not yet subject to a Rights Off report. It is possible to copy/paste the comma delimited list below into a spreadsheet. Pro-Imaging do this on a regular basis, to create rights grabbing statistics.
