The Bill of Rights campaign's aim is to spread knowledge and understanding to all of the rights of creators and to ensure that these rights are respected. To make these issues easily understood the vehicle chosen for the campaign is photographic competitions and the Bill of Rights sets out what rights can and cannot be obtained by competition organisers.

Pro Imaging is an international group of full time professional photographers based in thirty or so countries . Launched in 2004 Pro Imaging provides a private forum for the discussion of all aspects of running and developing the members' businesses, who freely give advice and support to one another on every topic in a mutual spirit of community 24/7.
Pro Imaging runs high profile campaigns in support of all photographers, and developed the Bill of Rights for fair photo competitions in 2008. Another campaign is against the passing of the Orphan Works Bill through U.S. Congress.
